Reaffirming its commitment to the development of Brazilian audiovisual, Spcine is once again sponsor of Expocine. The film and audiovisual company of São Paulo will be present in several activities during the four days of the event. In addition to signing one of the rooms of the Cine Marquise (Sala Spcine), where the panels and lectures and pitching sessions of the film commissions will take place, Spcine will have a lounge for networking and coexistence.
Reference in the country, on Wednesday (21/9) Spcine will participate in the panel "Film commissions: training, development and learning", alongside Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte, and also pitching, presenting opportunities for producers interested in filming in the capital of São Paulo. And on Thursday (22/9), presents the panel "The role of the State in the broadcasting of audiovisual", inviting Maurício Hirata (RioFilme), Marcus Alves (Funjope) and Paulo César Nauiack (Instituto de Turismo de Curitiba).
Also on 22/9, at 17h, there is the launch of Mapping of Brazilian Audiovisual Representative Entities, held by the Cultural Initiative - Instituto das Indústrias Criativas with sponsorship of Spcine, which collected information from representative entities of the audiovisual sector (unions, employers' associations, collectives, among others - formalized or not) active in Brazil, with the aim of identifying the levels of action of entities in favor of public audiovisual policies, the impacts caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in the sector and its future perspectives.
