One of the news from Expocine this year is a new content room at Cine Marquise. With capacity for up to 27 people, this room will receive special activities, such as closed meetings and practical workshops on issues relevant to the sector.
On 5/10, Thursday, at 2:30 p.m., the firm Cesnik, Quintino, Salinas, Fittipaldi and Valerio Advogados (CQS/FV) promotes the workshop Investment in Brazilian producers - Preparing its producer to receive national and international investments.
The objective is to offer producers legal guidance and commercial strategy so that they can prepare to capture and receive investments of national or foreign capital for financing their producers, including step by step for this preparation, prior identification of any liabilities and positioning to receive investments.
The activity will be presented by Fernando Quintino, founding partner of the CQS/FV Advogados and responsible for the areas of Corporate/M&A and Third Sector, and Ícaro Oliveira, lawyer of the Corporate/M&A area of the CQS/FV Advogados.
Access to the workshop will be released for Premium accredited, in order of arrival, until reached the limit of the room.
