The third and last day of programming of EXPOCINE, the largest business convention in Latin America, brought to light the importance of accessibility and making cinema a right for all Brazilians. In the auditorium of the Renaissance Hotel, the public can check the panel Screen Without Barriers: Audiovisual with Accessibility of Truth. . According to Marcella Fazzio, MAV's director, making audiovisual productions and cinema more accessible is the responsibility of the whole industry, and that communication on available resources needs to be strengthened in all these sectors so that people with disabilities are increasingly aware of the resources available.

We're walking a lot, but we also need to think about communication and how we're doing it. For example, the producer who is producing your film, needs to consider not only the final product, the pounds, audio description and the closed caption when this product is ready, but also put within its planning how it will communicate the trailer and whether it will be accessible. When the displayer puts the programming on the website or social networks, signal that that film or session has accessibility features and its access guidelines. It is also possible to talk about the theme without technology, so do the character's self-description and make it available before the film, because thus the disabled person already goes to the cinema knowing what he will find in that production. Many people still do not know that national cinema has this concern and is making these resources available, so we need to work on this public call., declared.

Continuing the theme and closing the panel schedule of this event, the meeting took place Cinema as Law: Public Access, Inclusion and Training, presented by Spcine. In it, authorities in the city of São Paulo presented the municipal initiatives that seek to make access to cinema more inclusive and accessible to all publics, in the most diverse regions of the city through the different sessions offered by the Spcine circuit.

"We need to give a leading role and we need to show the disabled that it exists. That she's a subject of equal rights. There would not have to be law to ensure right for them because if the Federal Constitution says that we are all equal before the law, we all have the right to leisure, to sport at home, but we know that we still have to work to offer the same opportunities for everyone.", reinforced Dika Vidal, Assistant Secretary of the Municipal Secretariat of People with Disabilities (SMPED) of São Paulo Prefecture.

Also closing the presentations of the distributors at Cine Marquise, Vitrine Filmes began the day bringing actors Thomas Aquino, who integrates "The Secret Agent", next release of the producer, and João Guilherme, protagonist of "The King of the Internet", film planned for March 2026. Following, Warner Bros. Pictures, Universal Pictures and Portrait Films composed the day of presentations of the 2025/2026 releases for the viewers.
With the theme "Brazil, Window to the World" in its 12th edition, EXPOCINE 25 took place at the Cine Marquise and the Hotel Renaissance, promoting conversations and debates about the historical moment that brazilian cinema currently lives, consolidating itself as a showcase for the world and opening windows of opportunities for the mobilization and growth of the audiovisual sector in the country and Latin America. During the four days of the event there were more than 2,300 registered, in addition to 25 exhibitors, 23 sponsors, 30 supporters, 14 distributors presenting content, three exclusive exhibitions, 15 discussion panels, five workshops, totaling more than 40 hours of content.
