The audiovisual market is constantly changing and these changes bring new demands from professional profiles, training actions and work models. A study conducted by Olsberg SPI in 22 Latin American and Caribbean countries, at the request of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and Netflix, identified that among the main challenges for the development of the audiovisual workforce are: lack of appropriate courses/capacitation, low number of technical positions workers with the necessary skills and a negative perception of low wages.
How to encourage and maintain teams? How to meet the demands of training and qualification? How do new audiovisual platforms impact the profile of audiovisual professionals? The second panel of Expocine 2022 will address these and other issues.
The guests are the Human Resources manager of the Kinoplex network; the director of the Cine and Cine 14 BIS, Mauri Palos; the coordinator of the Spcine training area, Barbara Trugillo; and the North Lion's partner-director Productions and co-organizer of Matapi - North Audiovisual Market and Amazon Screen platform, Clemilson Farias.
Mediation will be done by the founder of 2bc Creative Business and consultant for audiovisual business development Erick Krulikowski.
This panel takes place on September 21, at 10 am, at the Cine Marquise, Sala Spcine. Ensure your clearance for Expocine 2022 Here..
