Cinema and technology go hand in hand. The year 2020 brought these two fronts even closer, especially when we talk about game technology, with mapping of 3D scenes and other techniques that help the production of films and series to continue in a time of social isolation.
On the second day of Expocine, October 16, the table "The technology of games in film production" will bring precisely this issue in question, counting trends and their novelties.
The founder of the BIG Festival, largest festival independent of games in Latin America, Gustavo Steinberg; Eliana Russi, content director of the same festival and member of Abragames; Paulo Souza, evangelist of the game developer, Epic Games; and Rodrigo Terra, co-founder of ARVORE, world reference in the creation of immersive narratives. Inclusive, the ARVORE has recently won the Primetime Emmy® from "Extraordinary Innovation in Interactive Programming" by interactive experience "The Line". The victory marks the first time a Brazilian studio has won the award.
"We followed our commitment to bring about trends in the world of cinema and this matter could not be left out. We are proud to be able to join this team of experts on the subject," says Marcelo J. L. Lima, creator of Expocine.
