12th edition of Expocine takes place between September 30 and October 3
A EXPOCINE 25 it made available today (1) the partial programming of the event, with the confirmation of panels and distributors at the largest latin convention in the cinematographic market. Scheduled to take place between September 30th and October 3rd, the 12th edition of Expocine it will be in two spaces: the Cine Marquise, traditional cinema of São Paulo street, and the Hotel Renaissance, on the next block.
Before detailing the partial programming, it is worth remembering that while the business fair and the panels take place in the hotel, the presentations of distributors, workshops, cocktails and the opening ceremony will be in the cinema.
PARTIAL PROGRAM
First day September 30
On Tuesday, the first day of the event, there will be the official opening of EXPOCINE 25, in the Barco Room, with the presentation of the honorees of the year: Cine Gracher (exhibition), Showcase Movies (distribution), Gullane (production), Spcine (public administration) and Dolby and Barco (suppliers and providers).
Second day October 1
The next day, Wednesday, the business fair will be open and will go until the last day of the event. The first panel of EXPOCINE 25, by the way, will be at 10am, with the theme "Brazil, Window for the World", in the Spcine Room, and will have the presence of Daniela Fernandes, Marília Marton, Totó Parente and moderation of Marcelo Lima.
Other panels that happen on the same day, but in time to set, are:
- Mark to Action: what VOD regulation may (or may not) transform;
- CQS Presents: Coproduction Without Borders - FSA Editions, LATAM Partnerships & Streaming;
- K-dramas: How They Took Care of Brazil.
The distributors who will present their line-ups on Wednesday are: Diamond Films, Disney, Link Studios and Gullane+, O2 Play and Sony. . Finally, after all the presentations, the Barco You'll be offering a cocktail from 7:00 to 9:30.
Third day October 2
On Thursday, the confirmed panels are:
- Forming is Include: How Training Opens Paths in Audiovisual;
- CQS Presents:Big Data, Small Risk: What Is Left of Courage in Cinema?;
- Majors' Great Decisions for the Next 10 Years;
- Where Do Young Eyes Look? Discovering the New Cinematographic Look of Generation Z;
- Massive investment in culture: Colombia, China and Mexico.
Distributors, in turn, will be: Image Movies, H2O Films and Paris Filmes.
Fourth and last day October 3
On the last day of EXPOCINE 25, on Friday, the confirmed panels are:
- Screen Without Barriers: Audiovisual with Accessibility of Truth and
- IP is New Musical? When it marks, memory and music, it fills audiences;
The confirmed distributors are: Showcase Movies, Warner Bros. and Universal Pictures.
Accreditation can be carried out every day at the Renaissance Hotel. Opening hours will still be set.
